♥ Ingredients:
(4 portions)

• 2 lbs mackerel scad, mackerel, or other similar fish
• ¼ pineapple, peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces
• ¼ cup green onion, white part, minced
• ½ lbs pork belly
• 2 cups chicken broth
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• fish sauce
• salt
• black pepper
• 1 tsp annatto oil
• 4 whole dried chillies

• ¼ cup hành lá phần gốc trắng
• ½ lbs thịt ba rọi
• 2 cups nước dùng gà
• ¼ cup đường vàng
• nước mắm
• muối
• tiêu
• 1 tsp muỗng cà phê dầu điều
• 4 trái ớt khô
